By completing the registration process on the zs333 platform, clicking any "I Agree" or "Register" confirmation, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any real-money feature of the zs333 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the zs333 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
zs333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To be eligible to register and use the zs333 Platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your Account:
Age Verification is Mandatory: zs333 requires all Pakistani players to complete CNIC-based identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Where zs333 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If underage use is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. zs333 will not accept liability for any loss claimed to result from the suspension of an underage account.
zs333 uses automated and manual review processes to verify age and identity. Players are required to provide accurate and truthful information at all times. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on the zs333 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Account Information Accuracy. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. zs333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials. You must notify zs333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting zs333 customer support. Any pending bonus wagering obligations that remain incomplete at the time of closure will be voided. Real Money Balance at the time of an approved closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. zs333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed by zs333 without further notice.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zs333 accepts deposits via the following PKR payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected in the Player's Account balance within thirty (30) seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. zs333 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
5.4 Player Funds Origin. You warrant that all funds deposited into your zs333 Account are from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. zs333 does not knowingly accept deposits from illegitimate, third-party, or criminally-derived sources. zs333 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to request supporting documentation where deposits are deemed unusual in volume or frequency.
5.5 Failed & Disputed Transactions. Where a deposit is debited from your payment method but not credited to your Account, you must contact zs333 support with proof of the transaction (screenshot or bank reference number) within seven (7) days. zs333 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit the Account accordingly. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed directly with a payment provider without first contacting zs333 support constitute a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have completed the zs333 KYC identity verification process. Players must have their CNIC verified and their payment method confirmed as belonging to them before any withdrawal request will be processed.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in the Account settings. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. zs333 operates a policy of withdrawing funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. zs333 reserves the right to require additional identity confirmation before processing any withdrawal request.
6.5 Bonus Wagering Prior to Withdrawal. Where a Player has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the Real Money Balance portion of the Account remains available for withdrawal at any time. However, any withdrawal made before bonus wagering requirements are completed will result in the automatic forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers provided by zs333 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms accompanying the individual promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements typically range between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. The exact requirement is stated clearly in each offer.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer games, table games, and certain instant games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table for each bonus is published in the individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period — typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days depending on the promotion — will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. zs333 monitors all bonus activity. The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus voiding and, in repeated cases, account suspension: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-house-edge games exclusively to meet wagering requirements where such play is restricted by the promotion terms, coordinating with other players to generate artificial turnover, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
zs333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already activated and partially wagered a specific bonus, in which case the original terms applicable to that Player's active bonus will be honoured.
8.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules. All sports bets placed on the zs333 platform are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published in the sportsbook rules section. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. PSL and international cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC).
8.2 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of zs333. zs333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of the event has been determined — whether due to technical delay, communication error, or any other reason — are void and will be refunded at the original stake.
8.3 Casino Game Conduct. All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant games, are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are final once the game round is completed. Disconnections occurring mid-round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's disconnect policy, and any active bet will either be completed automatically or refunded according to that policy.
8.4 Bet Cancellation. zs333 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where: there is evidence of a technical error in the odds display, where a manifest error in pricing has occurred, where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms, or where the event on which the bet was placed did not proceed under normal sporting conditions.
8.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-transaction winnings from casino games and sportsbook bets are subject to limits specified per game and per market. These limits are published in the game information panel and the relevant betting market. zs333 reserves the right to apply discretionary maximum payout limits where winnings from a single session or across related bets are deemed exceptional.

Unauthorised use of any zs333 intellectual property — including use of the zs333 brand name or logo in any promotional, affiliate, or social media context without express written permission — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
zs333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
zs333 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and maintain regulatory compliance.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs333 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.
13.2 zs333's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
13.3 zs333 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or events outside zs333's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or acts of government authority.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zs333's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
zs333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — zs333 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the Player's registered email address and a prominent notice displayed upon login.
Where amendments are non-material — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause — they may take effect immediately without prior notice.
Continued use of the zs333 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal operating policies of zs333, in the absence of a specific applicable national jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and zs333 arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the Player must first contact zs333's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. zs333 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the informal support process, the Player may request escalation to the zs333 compliance team. The compliance team will issue a final decision in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the escalation request.
15.4 Finality of Decisions. zs333's written final decision on any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties, except where an applicable dispute resolution authority determines otherwise.
